Outside Track Bowls are used in complex parts handling solutions when high feed rates are required, where multiple tracks are needed, and when the parts to be oriented require complex tooling to position the parts for assembly. Parts that are not correctly oriented fall into a return pan for re-processing, while properly positioned parts move through the system to the exit point.

Cascade bowls offer a simple, economical solution for parts handling. Cascade bowls have no layered tracks, avoiding the possibility of parts wedging between tracks. When improperly oriented, parts are encountered they are rejected and fall back into the cascade bowl to be re-processed.
