Vibratory Feeder Bowl Linings

We offer many options for the lining of vibratory parts and feeder bowls, depending upon the type of parts sorted and their abrasiveness or tolerance for abrasion, need for increased speed in part feed rates, the need for sound dampening, and many other considerations go into selecting the proper lining for your Vibratory Feeder Bowl.

  • A strong, durable finish that is very slick
  • Excellent properties including chemical stability, electrical properties, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance (max temperature 500 degrees F), thin coating of .001" to .003"
  • Available in a wide range of colors
  • Excellent coverage of complex shapes
  • Available in FDA-approved "food grade"
  • Used mostly for Vibratory Feeder Bowl processing of rubber parts
  • Slick - good non-stick characteristics, reduces static electricity
  • Extremely thin coating (.0008" to .0015") with excellent coverage of complex shapes
  • Available in FDA-approved (Food Grade) coatings


  • A strong thermoplastic powder coating (also know as Abcite)
  • Fairly smooth coating, excellent edge coverage, easy to repair
  • Excellent corrosion resistance, high impact strength and weathering capability
  • Good adhesion without primer, no organic solvents, max temp 200 dgerees F
  • Texture can be added to Surlyn
  • Surlyn is the coating used on golf balls


  • Excellent wear properties, corrosion resistance, chemicala resistance and high impact strength
  • Semi-rough coating
  • Good noise dampening properties
  • Excellent edge coverage
  • Wide range of thicknesses from .040" up to .125"


  • Brushlon is a flexible carpet-like material from 3M, with 20 degree tilted polypropylene fibers
  • Tilted fibers help move parts along a path in a feeder bowl or on a conveyor
  • Protects conveyor surface, conveyor bed and Vibratory Feeder Bowl linings
  • Excellent noise reduction
  • Custom cut to perfectly fit conveyors and feeder bowls
